Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop the onions and fry in cast iron pan with an olive oil spray.
  2. When onions are cooked add garlic.
  3. Transfer onions and garlic to a dutch oven.
  4. Add 1 28 oz can of whole tomatoes.
  5. Add beef bullion.
  6. Add spices and sauces.
  7. Fry the turkey meat in the cast iron pan.
  8. Drain turkey meat in collandar
  9. Add meat to dutch oven.
  10. Chop and fry eggplant.
  11. Add eggplant to dutch oven.
  12. Chop and fry mushrooms.
  13. Add mushrooms to dutch oven.
  14. Drain and ad beans.
  15. Add corn
  16. Continue to cook over low heat for 1 hour.
  17. Optional cook up 3 cups of brown rice pour chili over rices.
  18. Optional shred some montery jack cheese over chili.
