Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Add onions and celery, and cook until soft.
  3. Add potatoes, limas, and water.
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes until tender.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Add cheddar or swiss cheese to each bowl.
  7. NOTE: Turkey must already be cooked. Potatoes should be cubed or frozen hash browns may be used. Freezes well.
