Tuna, Rice and Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer pineapple and juice, green pepper, celery, salt and condensed soup 10 minutes.
  2. Add tuna and tabasco.
  3. Place 2 cups of cooked rice into bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour tuna mixture over rice.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
