Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT pitas, cucumber and sprouts in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Open pita pockets.
  4. Line with cucumber slices and alfalfa sprouts.
  5. Fill with tuna mixture.
  6. Serve.
