Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise (or mayo substitute if freezing)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 (15 oz) can peas and carrots or 1 (15 oz) can carrots
  • 14 oz tuna, drained (or 2 6oz cans)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all moist ingredients and spices.
  3. Open canned ingredients, mix gently, then add to moist mixture.
  4. Bake in casserole dish for 20-30 minutes.
