Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine fruit. Squeeze lime juice all over and toss to coat.
  2. In each parfait glass, spoon 1/4 of the fruit.
  3. Top with 1/2 cup of yogurt and top with 1 tablespoon each of coconut and macadamia nuts. Repeat. Serve immediately.
