Tripple Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up bannans
  2. Add all fruit to a bowl
  3. In the bowl add lemon juice, sugar, flour, wheat gluten or cornstarch and mix gently
  4. Roll out store bought crust into pie pan
  5. Add fruit mixture to pan
  6. Top with second crust
  7. Insert knife into top crust to create slots for steam
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes
  9. Tip: put on a baking sheet so it won't leak all over the oven!
