Ingredients:

  • 10 lb tri-tip
  • 3 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 3 tbsp chili pepper
  • 3 tbsp onion salt
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Marinate tri-tip with dry rub and place on grill. Sear both sides then grill over low heat.
