Tre's Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  3. Stir in milk and mix well into a smooth batter.
  4. Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart baking dish in microwave on high for one minute.
  5. Pour batter into melted butter.
  6. Add blueberries on top of batter. (Do not stir.).
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  8. After cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar.
