Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables. Wash them thoroughly. Cut them, illustrated (below).
  2. Pour in olive oil, olives and lemon juice. Mix well with salad. If you like, sprinkle a pinch of salt inches.
  3. Dish out.
  4. Place feta slabs on salad or on the side.
  5. Sprinkle some oregano on the feta cheese (mmhh!).
  6. Enjoy!
