Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the octopus with the whole onion and salt in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes (frozen octopus will be more tender).
  2. When cold, chop the octopus in small pieces and add the cubed vegetables.
  3. Make a vinagrette with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic and add to the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley leaves and enjoy!
