  1. Roast, grill, cook in slow cooker, or purchase rotisserie chicken. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, water, broth and salsa. Heat for about 30 minutes. Add corn, beans, cilantro and shredded chicken, and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve with baked tortilla strips.
