Tortellini With Meat And Vegetables Cold Salad

Directions:

  1. For Dressing: Whisk all ingredients till well blended, salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water, do not overcook, you want them al dente or even harder, Drain and set aside
  3. Cut meats into small cubes.
  4. Shred carrots
  5. Drain olives and set aside
  6. Slice up onions, red peppers
  7. Put all into serving bowl, add crumbled cheese and tortellini
  8. Pour Dressing over and blend well
  9. Refrigerate overnight
