Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic,onion,carrots and zucchini in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes and chicken stock.
  3. Season with salt,pepper,oregano and basil.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add corn and tortellini.
  6. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve with French bread, Enjoy!!
