Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes horizontally into 4 slices each 1/2 thick.
  2. Peel and split garlic then mash slightly with side of a knife.
  3. Rub garlic on cut surfaces of tomatoes.
  4. Arrange tomatoes on broiler pan.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper then drizzle lightly with oil.
  6. Broil until surfaces are blistered then serve immediately.
