Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine tomatoes and basil in a serving bowl and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Drain pasta and add to tomato mixture.
  5. Drizzle with oil mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
