Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease and heat oven proof skillet about 5 minutes before using.
  2. Beat eggs and water.
  3. Add picante sauce, cheeses, and seasonings to egg mixture.
  4. Pour into heated greased skillet.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes.
  6. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
