  2. Mix oil& vinegar, add seasoning and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Pour over salad.
  4. Drain& set aside dressing that runs off.
  5. (If preparing Grilled Stuffed Chicken with this salad – the remainder can be used as the marinade).
