Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper; sauté until tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add tomatoes, half of cheese, and basil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Stir in okra and pasta. Pour mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish. Top evenly with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
