Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onion

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes about 1/8 thick, lay flat on a plate.
  2. Scoop about 1 tsp cottage cheese on each slice, spreading evenly across the tomato.
  3. Cut or chop green onion and sprinkle over cottage cheese.
