Tomato and Brie Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain but do not rinse.
  2. While bowties cook, heat oil in a large skillet.
  3. Sautee the onion, garlic and green bell pepper in skillet until soft but not browned.
  4. Add oregano, thyme, balsamic vinegar, sugar and tomatoes to skillet.
  5. Heat just to a boil and reduce heat.
  6. Add the cubed brie cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Add any salt if needed.
  8. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and mix well.
  9. Serve and garnish with the chopped fresh basil leaves.
