Toffee Peach Crisp (Crock Pot)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 3 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place the peaches, lemon juice and cinnamon in it, mix gently.
  2. Drizzle with the caramel topping.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Add melted butter, stir until crumbly.
  5. Stir in granola and toffee bits.
  6. Sprinkle granola mixture over peach mixture in slow cooker, cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until peaches are tender and topping is hot.
  7. Serve with either ice cream or whipped cream.
