Ingredients:

  • 200 ml nonfat milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 30 g bread (1 slice wholemeal)
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. Toast 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  2. Spread on 1 tspn of light butter
  3. Slice up banana, put on toast
  4. Sprinkle on 2 tspns of ground cinnamon
  5. Put 200ml nonfat or skimmed milk in a glass and drink with breaky
