Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Place the slices of bread on a large pan and pour the mixture over the bread. let it soak for about 2 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan on medium heat and melt butter.
  4. Place the bread in the pan and fry until golden on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
