Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 slices bread, buttered
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Heat frying pan and spay on some cooking spray.
  2. Mix eggs, banana, cinnamon and milk. Dip the bread in the banana mixture and fry until bread is golden brown.
