Toasted Pizza Crust Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2-1 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 1 loaf french bread, sliced or 1 loaf premade prepared pizza crust, may be substituted (16oz)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Brush each bread shell with half of butter mixture: sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup cheese.
  4. Cut each bread shell into 12 wedges.
  5. Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
