Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small apple
  • 1 slice bread , multi-grain
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pare and core apple. Dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook over low heat until soft.
  2. Place bread in toaster and toast until brown.
  3. Spread cheese on toast.
  4. Place apples over cheese. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to taste.
