The Real Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups natural bran
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix tog. the egg, milk and molasses.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix these two mixes tog and add raisins at the end if you are including them.
  4. Do not over mix.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degF for 20 minutes.
