Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim stem of mushrooms about 1/4 from cap.
  2. Heat oil to 360 degrees.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
  4. Dip mushrooms into batter,allow excess batter to drip back into the bowl.
  5. Fry mushrooms a few at a time until golden brown,turning once,about 3 minutes at a time.
  6. Drain on paper towels that have been placed on brown paper bag.
  7. The Good~~~Taste
  8. The Bad~~~Fried
  9. The Ugly~~~~~~Will,let's face it,although wonderful in all it's components,mushrooms will never win a Beauty Contest-and-Yes ,there are some,however, that will tort,OH! CONTRA'!!
