Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak tamarind in warm water for 1 hour.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Grind in a mixer.
  6. Strain.
  7. Add mint leaves, corriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, rock salt and salt.
  8. Grind again.
  9. Remove.
  10. Store refrigerated.
  11. Take 3 tbsps.
  12. Of this mixture.
  13. Put it in a tall glass with crushed ice in it.
  14. Add cold water.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Garnish with bundi.
  17. Serve absolutely chilled.
