Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp Dippers

  1. PREPARE the shrimp according to package directions.
  2. HEAT the milk, peanut butter, cilantro, curry powder and hot pepper sauce.
  3. In a 1-quart saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir until the ingredients are.
  4. Mixed. Do not boil or mixture will curdle.
  5. POUR curry coconut sauce into a small bowl for serving. Empty.
  6. Orange marmalade sauce packet into a separate small bowl for serving.
  7. SERVE the shrimp with sauces for dipping.
