Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place garlic cloves in boiling water.
  3. Blanch 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Peel and set aside.
  6. Combine jalapeno, crushed garlic (NOT the cloves you just peeled), sausages and baking mix in food processor.
  7. Process until well combined.
  8. Add cheese and process until just combined.
  9. Shape mixture into balls.
  10. Press a peeled garlic clove into the center of each ball.
  11. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  12. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. These may be frozen after shaping. Bake them without thawing, but increase time an additional 5-10 minutes.
