Directions:

  1. 1) Drain and rinse corn and black beans so that none of the juices from the can are present
  2. 2) Slice onions, bell pepper, avocado, and jalepeno into diced pieces. Slice the jalenos especially small
  3. 3) Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. 4) Squirt lemon juice and add about 1 tbsp of the jalepeno juice with a good amount of tabasco into bowl and mix well
  5. Serve with any type of chips, Red Hot Blue © corn chips
