  1. Boil noodles according to package set aside
  2. Brown meat,onions,peppers in lg skillet
  3. Add garlic and cumin and all remaining ingredients except noodles to skillet .Upon adding all ingredients then add hot noodles last and combine simmer 15 to 20 minutes
