Tender Greens With Nutmeg And Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a large sauté pan.
  2. Add shallots and sauté over medium high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add wet greens then cover and cook stirring occasionally until completely wilted but still bright.
  4. Uncover and cook until most of liquid evaporates.
  5. Add cream and cook uncovered until thickened slightly.
  6. Stir in nutmeg then season with salt and pepper.
