Savory Mushroom Saute

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon leaf
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally,'til mushrooms are tender (3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in parsley before serving.
