  • ice
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon

Directions:

  1. Muddle tangerine slice in a rocks glass, and add ice. Stir in bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
  2. *Honey syrup: Combine 3/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup hot water, stirring until blended; chill.
