Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown Hamburger, while browning, drain and wash the kidney beans.
  2. Reduce heat to low. If you like tomatoes pour the entire can of stewed tomatoes in, otherwise just strain the juice into the pan. Then add the kidney beans.
  3. For assembly: Start by putting a layer of chips down on the plate or in the bowl, then put some of the meat mixture over the chips. Following that put some cheddar cheese over the meat in order for it to slightly melt. After that tear or cut up some of the iceberg and romaine lettuce. Place that on top. Mix the ranch dressing and salsa and drizzle over the top. (you may have some extra ranch/salsa mix but just use it to dip some other chips in). ENJOY!!!
