Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger meat
  2. Add cup of rice, taco seasoning, water, and ro-tel.
  3. Bring to a boil and stir well
  4. When it comes to a boil turn down on low and cover for about 20- 25 minutes or until rice is done.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. VERY GOOD!!!
