Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken until juices run clear.
  2. Shred chicken.
  3. Combine chicken with seasonings and water.
  4. Put on low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut tops off of jalapenos.
  6. Remove seeds and core from jalapenos.
  7. Boil jalapenoes for 10 minutes to soften them.
  8. Mix cheeses with seasoned chicken
  9. Stuff the jalapenos with the cheese/chicken.
  10. You can either eat them as is, or batter and bake/fry them.
