Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub each piece of chicken with a little Tabasco sauce.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan.
  4. Saute the onion, celery, parsley, chives, garlic, green pepper, salt and pepper for five minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook for another five minutes.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste, water and 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Return the chicken to the pan, cover and cook for about 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender and juices run clear.
