Szechuan Noodles With Minced Beef

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in water to get corn flour solution.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the garlic, onion and chili paste until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the wine, hoisin sauce, salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the stock, bring to boil and thicken with corn flour solution.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles.
  7. Garnish with sliced spring onion, coriander leaves and chili padi.
  8. Ready to serve.
