Ingredients:

  • 30 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 50 g egg
  • 2 fl oz water

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and butter in pudding bowl
  2. Mix in egg & flour til well blended with as much water to make soft
  3. Pour syrup over top
  4. Cook in microwave for 3-4 mins
  5. Serve with custard or low fat yoghurt
