pudding for 6 portions
Ingredients:
100 gram wheat flour
30 grams sugar
30 grams butter
50 grams egg
120 grams maple syrup
2 fl oz water
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter in pudding bowl
2. Mix in egg & flour til well blended with as much water to make soft
3. pour syrup over top
4. cook in microwave for 3-4 mins
5. serve with custard or low fat yoghurt
