Directions:

  1. Mix vegetables, soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 can of Durkee Fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
