Swiss Green Bean & Squash Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Steam or boil green beans until crisp-tender. (Canned cut green beans can also be used...)
  3. Saute onion and squash. Add green beans and seasonings. Toss to combine.
  4. Mix mayo and cheese together.
  5. Pour veggies into greased 2 qt baking dish, spread mayo/cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and more cheese if desired.
  6. Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
