Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut squash lenghwise and clean out seeds.
  2. Place squash cut side down in a pot with 2 of water; cover and boil for 20 mins.
  3. Scoop out spaghette with a fork. Add the cheese, zucchini, and tomato sauce. Also add salt and pepper to taste, and some crubled basil leaves if you like.
  4. Mix well and spoon back into empty squash.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan chesse on top if desired.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins.
