Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and pare potatoes; cut into cubes. In 2 qt. saucepan, add potatoes and onion to boiling water. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Mash slightly but do not drain. Measure mixture and add enough milk to make 5 cups. Blend melted butter, flour, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir into potato mixture in saucepan; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add ceese; cook and stir til cheese is partially melted. Serve immediately.
