Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion in butter until tender.
  2. In small bowl beat eggs, milk, half and half, flour and pepper until lightly frothy.
  3. Stir in cooked onion, cheese and toasted sliced almonds until well mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into a still hot baked pie shell then bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes then slice and serve.
