Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place the butter into a cake pan and place the pan in a 400 degree oven until the butter is melted, but not browning.
  2. Remove pan from the oven.
  3. Beat the eggs, milk, flour, and salt together. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Top with syrup or other toppings.
